New School Year Rollover with Integration
Sadlier Connect administrators can export and remove existing data to start fresh for the current school year. Only your school's Sadlier Connect administrators can complete this task.
Before rolling over your Sadlier Connect data, verify that your LMS or Rostering service sync with Sadlier Connect has been paused or turned OFF. Log in to Sadlier Connect with your Sadlier Connect administrator account. Once logged in, click on the Setting button on the screen's top-right corner. Click Start New School Year. |

On the next page, you will find information about exporting and removing data from Sadlier Connect. Click the Begin Setup button. |

Export allows you to choose what information you would like to export and save to your computer. Sadlier Connect will send one email with download links to the Comma Separated Value (CSV) files for each item selected. You can use the CSV file with Excel or similar software. The links expire after 14 days. Please allow 5 to 10 minutes for the email and check your junk or spam folder if you do not see the email. |

Delete allows you to select the items you want to remove from Sadlier Connect. Do not check Custom Assessments if you want teachers to access the ones they built in previous years. Items you mark with a check here will be removed. |

Import through Integration. You do not need to use the functions in the import tab. Now that Sadlier Connect is prepared for the new school year, you can utilize your integration to sync classes and users. If your SIS has the new school year's rosters populated, turn your SIS export back ON to your LMS or Rostering service. |
