Classlink - Admin Manual Records

Classlink Roster is missing School Admin or other users

You may find that your Classlink roster is missing users and therefore so is Sadlier Connect. This can be resolved by Manually Adding users to Classlink. Remember manual records should not be duplicated and cannot be a copy of existing records.

In Classlink Roster Server, click Manual Records on the top navigation bar. 















Expand the Manual Records option on the left navigation bar.   Choose Users.CSV on the left and use the Add+ button on the right to add a Manual Entry.







Follow the Add New User wizard by entering the user information and assign to a school or schools.










Once the new user record is saved, go to Imports and run an import.  The new user will be added to the oneroster file sent during the nightly sync.
